8th Grade Learning Objectives: Students will "explain how work changed between 1800 and 1850," they will "compare what family life was like in different regions of the country between 1800 and 1850," they will "identify the impact of the Industrial Revolution on working conditions, social class, and daily life," and they will "describe how technological change affected the economy of the North."
